With classes suitable for complete beginners to professionals, you don't need any experience to start learning these fantastic disciplines. Our timetable is designed to help you get the most from your practise; with pay as you go and monthly membership options available, you can train at your own pace, as you develop your confidence, strength, flexibility and explore your creativity in a safe and encouraging environment.
Pole Dance and Fitness
Beginner Pole
Suitable for complete beginners. Improve your coordination as you learn to move around the pole and build your strength as you practise the first of many beautiful spins and shapes.
Inter+/Advanced Pole
Take your Pole skills to the next level. Build upon and use your existing Pole knowledge and push your strength, flexibility and coordination to achieve things that were once impossible.
Intermediate Pole
Challenge yourself as you conquer more difficult tricks, exercises and sequences, and push your Pole abilities further than ever with iconic moves like Superman, Leg Hangs and Inverts.
Pole Choreography (18+)
Learn to dance with the pole and find your flow in this non-inversion class. Learn Exotic, Lyrical and Dynamic Pole choreographies to push yourself inside and out of your comfort zone. Heels are encouraged and knee pads are recommended. If you're looking to learn more about Pole or to compete, this class will help you reach your goals.
*Some experience is necessary. We recommend 3 months of Pole classes and an understanding of the basics.
Aerial Arts
Beginner Aerial Hoop
Suitable for complete beginners. Learn the basics of Aerial Hoop and build your strength and coordination to perform mesmerising tricks in the air.
Advanced Aerial Hoop
Build upon your Aerial Hoop knowledge and push your strength, flexibility and coordination to take your skills to the next level with tricks, exercises and sequences that were once impossible.
Beginner Aerial Straps
Suitable for complete beginners. Develop your strength and determination as you learn the basic swings, spins and tricks of this challenging discipline.
Intermediate Aerial Hoop
Develop your Aerial Hoop abilities and push your strength, flexibility and coordination as you learn more impressive spins, dynamic tricks and fly higher than ever with challenging top bar moves.
Aerial Silks (Mixed Level)
Suitable for complete beginners. Work your body and your mind as you learn the basics of Aerial Silks and develop the skills to perform impressive climbs, beautiful shapes and awe-inspiring drops.
Intermediate Aerial Straps
Develop your strength and grit further and build on the basics of Aerial Straps to perform impressive feats of strength and dynamic swings and spins.
Dance and Circus Fitness
Feminine Floor Work (18+)
Suitable for complete beginners. Find your flow, improve your confidence and unleash your inner vixen as you learn fun, sexy routines and practise a variety of floor-based tricks, moves and transitions. Heels are encouraged and knee pads are essential. If you are looking to perform or compete, this class is a brilliant addition to your training.
Handstand Technique
Suitable for complete beginners. Develop your strength, flexibility and determination to take yourself upside-down. Learn exercises and drills to promote your handstand technique and improve your balance.
Stretch and Flexibility
Suitable for complete beginners. With an emphasis on safe stretching techniques, develop your strength and flexibility to perform impressive splits and back bends. The perfect compliment for your Pole and Aerial training.
Contemporary Acro Dance
Suitable for complete beginners. Develop your coordination, strength and endurance in this varied and challenging dance class, with elements of contemporary dance techniques, breakdancing and acrobatics. If you are looking to perform or compete, this class is a brilliant addition to your training.

You have one month to take 4 classes with this introductory offer.
You can choose to take them all in the first week, or one a week for 4 weeks. It's completely up to you!
